Foil Remnants

The multifunctional membrane vacuum press Multimat makes it possible to put to good use even left over lamination foil remnants. Simply use the included membrane frame.

When you work on merely a few individual workpieces, quite often it isn't necessary to cover the entire pressing surface with lamination foil. (Of course, this can also help to lower costs, to safe the environment, etc.) As a result, you will often be left with foil remnants, which will likely be too small to cover the entire surface of the press.

Our experiments have shown that it is very easy to use those leftover single pieces of foil remnants by simply using the Multimat membrane frame. The frame is primarily made to be used for layer-gluing and surface lamination - but it also does a great job with leftover pieces of foil! Therefore: Don't throw away the foil remnants... Simply insert the workpieces and the foil into the press, close the membrane frame and the heating cover, and begin the vacuum pressing cycle!

On the left side of this page, you can see the perfect result!
