Area of Application

MARCANTA is a heated sheathing press that allows you to simultaneously veneer profiled work pieces such as door panelings, frame profiles, molding and covering trims, etc. on three sides

Work pieces

minimum width: 80 mm
maximum width: 120 mm
maximum height of side (one-sided): 40 mm
maximum height of side (dual-sided): 30 mm
minimum radius: 2 mm
maximum length: 2300/2800/3300 mm (depending on the MARCANTA model)

Outer radii of up to at least 2 mm are workable, inner radius possible with certain limitations
(for example: radius of 35 mm with a milling depth of 4 mm)

Compatible Materials

Work piece substrates:

Wood, chipboard, plywood, MDF, LVL or similar materials

Veneering materials:

Standard veneers ranging from 0,2 to 1,4 mm, PVC, PET, decorative foils, decorative paper, and polyester-based materials starting from 0,15 mm

Glues:

PVAc-glues, formaldehyde-glues, emulsion glues
