Equipment and Scope of Delivery

MARCANTA consists of a closed steel frame with a top cover that includes an electric pre-heating compartment used to pre-heat the work pieces. A compressed air connection and an electric plug are located on the backside of the steel frame.

The MARCANTA contains a pressure cushion made from "Thermogran" (an extremely flexible and elastic rubber granulate). Underneath the pressure cushion, a pneumatic pressing unit is located. Upon activation of the MARCANTA, the pneumatic pressing unit raises the pressure cushion and thus tightly presses the coating material against three sides of the work piece.

The MARCANTA's control unit serves the following functions:

1) Main switch to turn the unit on and off.
2) Timer to regulate and control the duration of the pressing cycle. (This includes an automatic ventilation of the unit's interior when the pressing cycle is completed).
3) Pressure gauge to control the level of compression.
4) Pressure regulator to set the desired level of compression.
5) Start button to initiate the pressing cycle.

ATTENTION: For the coating of your work pieces, no stencils or templates are required!
