It's that easy...

• put the unit in the desired position (vertical or horizontal)
• open the membrane frame
• insert the work piece
• ATTENTION: clearance between inside of the frame and the work piece must be at least 1,5 times that of the work piece's height!
• close the membrane frame
• turn on the vacuum pump and turn the additional pumps on (if needed), so that the interior air is extracted and the vacuum pressing cycle can be started
• after the desired interior pressure has been reached, turn off the vacuum pump (from now on, it is only used as needed)
• do not turn off the unit until the vacuum pressing cycle is completed; then open the membrane frame and take out the finished work piece

The additional heating cover

• plug in the heating cover and adjust the desired temperature
• please allow a pre-heating time of about 20 minutes
• keep the heating cover closed throughout the entire work cycle as well as while the work piece is inserted into the press (this helps to save energy)
• reduce the pressing cycle based on the newly adjusted temperature, and put new work pieces into the press based on the reduced pressing cycle time
