Is it possible to coat different types of profiles?
Yes, no additions or adaptations of the equipment are necessary.

Is a special veneer required?
No, all conventional veneering material can be used.

Does the veneer have to be pretreated?
No, all veneers can be used as they are.

Are there restrictions regarding the profiles?
Yes, there is a minimal external radius of 2 - 3 mm. Only large internal radii can be manufactured. It is not possible to manufacture the inside of corners. A silicone template can be used for the manufacturing of internal profiles (we will gladly provide you with instructions).

What is the operating life of the cushion?
Approximately 25.000 pressing cycles (after which the cushion has to be replaced).

How is the veneer to be ground?
Grinding takes place before applying the glue, using a cylindrical grinding machine (see technical description).

Can materials other than veneer be used for the coating process?
Yes, materials such as furniture foil, polyester laminate (Getaform), leather, fabric, etc.
