PROFITHERM is an economically, professional Thermo Heating Unit for all thermoforming materials. The heating unit heats materials equally from all sides. The following forming process (e.g. with COLUMBUS vacuum technology) is then carried out with the optimal forming temperature. 

PROFITHERM for heating both sides of solid surface materials like: CORIAN, STARON, VARICOR, GETACORE, SCHOCK, PLEXICOR, MARLAN, etc. 

PROFITHERM for all other thermoforming materials like: ABS, PC (Makrolon), PMMA (Plexiglas), PET-G (Vivak), PS, PP, PVC, etc.

PROFITHERM is easy to use. The innovative circulating hot air system heats thermoforming materials in various thicknesses and qualities evenly. This generates a very gentle and unproblematic heating up procedure. There are no problems with discolouring of sensitive materials or sticking of materials onto the working surface.

PROFITHERM is also suitable for pre-drying, tempering and thermo treatment of thermo materials up to +200 °C (e.g. PC - Makrolon, extruded PMMA, etc.).
