It's that easy...
- put the unit in the desired position (vertical or horizontal)
- open the membrane frame
- insert the work piece
- always leave some space between the work piece and the inside of the frame (at least one time the height of the work piece)
- close the membrane frame
- turn on the vacuum pump and turn the additional pumps on (if needed), so that the interior air is extracted and the vacuum pressing cycle can be started
- after the desired interior pressure has been reached, turn off the vacuum pump (from now on, it is only used as needed)
- do not turn off the unit until the vacuum pressing cycle is completed; then open the membrane frame and take out the finished work piece
The additional heating cover
- plug in the heating cover and adjust the desired temperature
- please allow a pre-heating time of about 20 minutes
- keep the heating cover closed throughout the entire work cycle as well as while the work piece is inserted into the press (this helps to save energy)
- reduce the pressing cycle based on the newly adjusted temperature, and put new work pieces into the press based on the reduced pressing cycle time
