It's that easy...
Heating of the work pieces:
- place the thermoforming material on the pulled out working surface
- slide the working surface back into the thermo heating unit
- set the temperature and heating time
- start the heating process
- after the set heating time has finished pull out the working surface again
- remove the heated thermoforming material
Vacuum forming of the heated thermoforming material
- place the hot thermoforming material in the vacuum press on the prepared mould (VACUFORM, VACUPLUS or MULTIMAT)
- close the membrane frame
- start the vacuum pump - the pressure builds up
- pressing time according to the forming parameters of the thermoforming material
- remove the ready formed work piece after finishing the pressing process
