AREA OF APPLICATION
PROFITHERM is an economically, multipurpose thermo sheet heating unit for various thermoforming materials. The heating unit heats materials equally from both sides in different thicknesses and qualities. The subsequent forming process (e.g. with COLUMBUS vacuum technology) is then carried out exactly with the optimal forming temperature.
The heating unit is perfect for solid surface materials (Corian, Varicor, etc.) and all other thermoforming materials (ABS, PVC, etc.).
PROFITHERM is also suitable for pre-drying and thermo treatment of thermo materials up to +200 °C (e.g. PC - Makrolon, extruded PMMA, etc.).
The unit can be used for a single piece or batch production.

Solid surface materials: Corian, Staron, Marlan, Varicor, Getacore, Schock, Plexicor, Marlan, etc.
Thermoplastics: ABS, PVC, PC (Makrolon), PMMA (Plexiglas, Acryl), PET-G, PS, PP, etc.
