Sheathing custom paneling and profiles on three sides

MARCANTA is a heated sheathing-press, specifically designed to trilaterally veneer profiled work pieces such as door panelings, frame profiles, molding and covering trims, etc. The press is suitable for the individual sheathing of work pieces from batch size 1 to low volume production series (approx. 120 to 160 work pieces per day). MARCANTA does not necessitate setting-up or re-setting time. The press can process all standard veneers. Thus, differences in surface structure or coloration between the work pieces and the surrounding materials can be easily avoided. The ideal substrates to be used with the MARCANTA press are chipboard, MDF (medium density fiberboard), or LVL (laminated veneer lumber).
