Two in one – manufacture form pieces and laminate them

One of our clients has specialized in the production of rounded washroom and kitchen furniture.

Using his Multimat unit, he manufactured the rounded segments of the work pieces by gluing several layers onto a template.

Then, he used the same machine to apply a layer of foil to the formed pieces. On the photos sent to us by our client, you can see that on his work pieces, even

slanted exterior edges running off towards the interior

are perfectly laminated with foil.

Our client is very pleased, of course, that in order to achieve this complicated task, he needed to invest in only a single piece of machinery.
