The specially created and eponymous Infinity Principle, according to which the usable area in terms of length can be increased very cost-effectively almost to infinity, is used in each individual component. The system offers both maximum flexibility and maximum efficiency, because where the Infinity Vacuum Table and the Rolling Membrane System offer infinity, the Multi-Zone Suction guarantees maximum control. Thanks to this Multi-Zone Suction, only that section of the usable area that is currently in use is vacuumized.

The Infinity Vacuum Table is a masterful mix between a usable area oriented towards infinity, maximum flexibility through several suction zones and an extremely cost-efficient construction. Thanks to the open-top design, loading and unloading using a crane is also particularly easy. Every component of the vacuum table fits perfectly into the system and guarantees the user endless possibilities.

The Rolling Membrane System
Everything that was previously known about membrane systems in vacuum technology has been completely reconsidered with INFINITY and realigned according to the Infinity Principle. In contrast to vacuum presses with fixed sizes that rely on rigid frame systems, the membrane of INFINITY is wound on a reel and can be unrolled manually onto the table surface by just one person using an extremely smooth-running linear slide.

The Multi-Zone Suction
Infinity offers maximum possibilities, but also requires extensive control. The Infinity Vacuum Table is divided into different zones, which can be specifically vacuumed by the user when in use or deactivated when not in use. Thanks to the Multi-Zone Suction, precisely this control mechanism is provided, which guarantees maximum energy and time efficiency.

The Membrane Sealing Bars
At INFINITY, the membrane and frame are deliberately decoupled so that their sizes are not tied to fixed machine sizes. Instead, INFINITY relies on independent Membrane Sealing Bars. These fix the membrane, which has previously been unrolled on the Infinity Vacuum Table in the desired length, by means of gravity, which means that no conventional membrane tensioning system is required.

The Vacuum Storage
The patented Vacuum Storage is located in the stable metal construction of the Infinity Vacuum Table. It consists of shaped tubes with cavities. This huge vacuum reservoir guarantees a punctual vacuum build-up and thus a fast contact pressure. Since the Vacuum Storage is located in the substructure of the usable area, its volume is always perfectly based on the size of the machine.
