GEWEMA membership brings vacuum technology directly to German users
As is well known, Columbus strives every day to produce the world's best vacuum presses and to make the technology profitable for everyone. Due to the numerous successes in the recent past, it is now a logical step to expand the worldwide dealer network. The aim is to make the high-quality offer available to interested parties and users directly on site. The first step of these global expansions leads Columbus from Austria to its northern neighbor.
With the membership in GEWEMA, Columbus is now taking the first measures to expand a nationwide dealer network throughout Germany and subsequently throughout the world.
Columbus is currently equipping numerous dealers with demonstration machines and training their specialist advisors on technology, materials and possible applications. This ensures that they can offer their customers the best advice. But there are other attractive advantages for the dealers. On the one hand, they can now present their innovative technology to their customers in a practical manner, and on the other hand, they receive special support from the Columbus Competence Center for vacuum press technology.
“We are very happy about the great response from Germany and that numerous dealers are already taking advantage of the great opportunities offered by the Columbus dealer network. However, Germany is only the first waypoint of many to make vacuum technology directly accessible to our users”, says Ruth Koppenberger, Managing Director of Columbus.
