Zeppelin Nightliners and the tour buses of the world's greatest stars
Dear audience, prepare yourself, because in our today's blog post we report about a Columbus customer who is a real rock star in his industry. With this in mind, buckle up and “clear the stage” for our customer Zeppelin Nightliners.
The internationally highly successful company based in Austria and London manufactures tour buses for all major international stars. Among them are names like, Aerosmith, Bruno Mars, Cold Play, Justin Bieber, Metallica, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Sting, and so many more that the list would still be too long if only the largest were mentioned. With the completely custom-made interior fittings, the tour buses from Zeppelin Nightliners develop into mobile suites that outshine many luxury hotels.
Our customer implements all of this among other things with VACUPLUS (predecessor from PIONEER) — our inexpensive and universal vacuum press for innovative wood processing. Mainly 3 mm poplar plywood panels are processed, which are then covered with 0.8 mm decor from Egger. For narrower radii, the company uses special bending plywood panels. In addition to the processing of molded parts, veneers are pressed on straight surfaces and special parts are manufactured.
According to the company’s own reports, vacuplus has revolutionized the entire workflow. The craftsmanship from Austria enjoys a high international reputation and is also a clear competitive advantage. We absolutely agree with our customer, because the list of references on www.zeppelinnightliners.com speaks for itself. Another example of how Columbus vacuum press technology opens up access to the world market.
Columbus thanks you for the good cooperation and wishes Zeppelin Nightliners many more international successes.
